These lithographs were completed in 2017 through the CSP Residency Award at Gruenwald Press. Drawing from observation directly onto the lithographic stones, making the prints was an exercise in close looking, slow examination, and discovery of the physical truth of these subjects found in my own backyard. The lithographs were expertly printed by Master Printer John Gruenwald. The resulting images retain the contemplative and isolated conditions in which they were made.
